Creating Time and ARTbundance with Marney Makridakis

Enjoy a hands-on exploration of the popular ARTbundance™ philosophy founded by Marney K. Makridakis, author of the new book, Creating Time: Using Creativity to Reinvent the Clock and Reclaim Your Life. ARTbundance™ is new way to approach self-discovery through creativity, where creative exercises and endeavors are the primary conduit for exploration and change.  In this dynamic workshop, will explore time as it relates to the 9 ARTbundance Principles of self-awareness (Gratitude, Intuition, Balance, Choice, Vision, Action, Attraction, Connection and Service) by engaging in creative exercises called ARTsignments™. This approach is a powerfully effective way to truly take in and internalize what is being learned and experience time in an entirely new way.

Followed by a Q&A and book signing!
